Campfire Across America
- Wednesday, July 22nd
- 4:00-6:00 pm
- FREE for all YMCA Members!
YMCAs across the country will host a campfire – real or symbolic – bringing people together in a shared moment of connection, reflection, and belonging. The Keene Family YMCA’s Campfire will feature campfire songs, crafts and s’mores!
CANCELLED | Teddy Bear Tea Party

- Family Members $10 | Members $12 | Guests $20
Bring your favorite Teddy Bear and dress up in your finest morning tea party attire! Join us for a book circle, iced tea/juice and light refreshments, and a Teddy Bear craft. Prices listed are per family.
Family Fun Night: Outdoor Games
- Tuesday, August 11th
- 6:00-7:30 pm
- YMCA Members FREE | Guests $20
Bring the family for a night of outside games like kickball, wiffle ball, tag, 4 square, water ballons and more.
Annual Events
There are a handful of events we host at the Y every year.
These include our annual fundraising gala, the Sneaker Ball in April, the Otter Romp Youth Triathlon in June, and our Fall Foliage Trail Races in October. These events are an important part of our fundraising efforts, helping to fund our Membership for All program which provides financial assistance to those who need it for YMCA membership, program participation, and critical services like childcare.
Sneaker Ball
April 3, 2027
Sneaker Ball is the Keene Family YMCA’s signature fundraiser, taking place in April each year. Funds raised support the Y’s Membership for All fund, providing financial assistance to those who need it for membership or program participation, and helping us ensure that everyone has access to YMCA programs and services.
The Otter Romp
June 7, 2026
The Otter Romp is the only youth triathlon in the Monadnock Region, offering kids ages 5-12 a safe and positive introduction to the sport through a collaboration between Keene Family YMCA and the Burns Heisler family.
Fall Foliage Trail Race
October 4, 2026
The Keene Family YMCA’s Fall Foliage Trail Races offer runners an excellent opportunity to explore some of Keene’s best trails, while supporting the charitable work of the Y.
