Teen Experience Director
The grant funded Teen Experience Director will oversee all teen experiences in and out of the YMCA and will develop, organize, and implement high quality teen programs and experiences for the YMCA and community with a culturally aware, DEI lens. They will provide leadership, guidance, supervision, and hands on instruction to staff while working with other members of the Leadership Team, YMCA staff, volunteers and members to deliver high quality services and programs to members and guests.

Lifeguards – Part-time 

Responsible for ensuring the safety of all participants in our Aquatics Center, upholding the Y and state of NH regulations and guidelines. Flexible hours, current American Red Cross or YMCA Lifeguard certifications along with First Aid, CPR and AED certifications required. 

Swim Instructors – Part-time

Instructs group classes in a safe, enjoyable, culturally aware and positive environment that promotes member wellness and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures with advocacy for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).

Associate Teacher: Full-time positions
One year of experience teaching preschool aged children and a minimum of 9 ECE credits required. 

Child Care Teacher’s Assistant and Subs: Full and Part-time positions
Must have prior experience working with children from infant to preschool ages. 

Child Watch Attendant – Part-time
The Y is seeking a part-time attendant for our Child Watch program. The ideal candidate will have some experience working with young children and enjoy creating a safe and engaging play space for children ages 4 months – 10 years. Morning and/or afternoon/evening shifts available.

Youth and Teen Program Staff: Part-time positions
The Y is looking for program staff to instruct youth sports classes in a safe, enjoyable, culturally aware and positive environment.

Youth Development Specialist: Seasonal
The Y is seeking a Youth Development Specialist for their afterschool program. In this seasonal position, you will supervise a group of children, plan and implement the program curriculum, and provide a quality experience for both the children and parents/guardians.

Bus Driver: Part-time
In this position you will provide safe transportation to and from program sites while maintaining a supportive and positive atmosphere. 

Gymnastics Instructor – Part-time

This part-time position consists of instructing gymnastics classes in a safe, enjoyable, culturally aware and positive environment that promotes youth development, social responsibility, and healthy living in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures with advocacy for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). 

Gymnastics Team Coach – Part-time

This part-time position consists of providing professional and high-quality coaching to all levels of the gymnastics team in a safe, fun and educational environment, while also facilitating communication between parents and coaches. 

Housekeeping – Full-time Positions
Responsible for the cleanliness, physical appearance, and appeal of the YMCA facility. Keep the building in a clean and orderly condition. Perform cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing trash, along with other housekeeping duties as assigned. FT schedule includes Monday-Wednesday 8:30am-5pm, Thursday 1pm-9pm, and one weekend per month. 

Member Services Representative: Part-time
In this frontline position you will deliver excellent service to all members, guests and program participants both in our facility and on the phone. Strong communication and customer service skills are a must in this role.

Group Exercise Instructor: Part-time
We’re looking for a few energetic and enthusiastic fitness professionals to instruct group exercise classes at the YMCA. Classes at the Y are wide-ranging and we’re always on the lookout for something new to share with our members. If you have an interest in teaching a class (or several!) apply today!

Wellness Floor Staff: Part-time
In this position you will maintain a safe, fun and effective wellness center as directed by the supervisor to ensure a great member experience. You’ll answer questions from members to support them in achieving their goals related to healthy living.

Climbing Wall Instructor: Part-time
This part-time position consists of instructing climbing classes and open climb in a safe, enjoyable, culturally aware and positive environment that promotes youth development, social responsibility, and healthy living.
