Youth Fitness

Strength training and fitness programs aren’t just for adults. Athletes of all ages perform better when they take the time to build a strong body. That’s why the Y offers strength and conditioning programs that are intentionally designed to help your child reach their full potential and crush their goals—whatever they may be.

Whether your child is an athlete looking to improve their performance or they’re just looking to try something new, the Y’s Youth Fitness Program is a great place to start.

These age-appropriate programs will help your child improve their strength, coordination, and endurance for a strong, healthy body, while reinforcing the value of hard work and a positive mindset as key components of success in sports and life.

Youth Fitness programs at the Y are offered on a seasonal basis in 4 or 8 week sessions. Beginners are always welcome. Our instructors will always do everything they can to ensure your child receives the support they need to be successful.
