Personal Training
At the Y, we make your success our business. Whether your goal is weight loss, increased strength, improved athletic performance, or simply increasing your activity level, our personal trainers are here to help. We’ll design a personalized fitness plan, coach and motivate you as you work, and most importantly, support you as you strive to reach your goals.
Many of our members find that personal training is a key component to their overall wellness.
Having a professional trainer there to instruct, assist and support you on your journey can make all the difference in reaching your goals. The Y offers several options so you can find what works best for your schedule and your budget. It all starts with an evaluation of your needs and your goals.
From there, we can match you with the trainer that’s right for you. To get started, reach out to our Health & Wellness Director, Bridget Moynihan at bmoynihan@keene-ymca.org.
