New Year, New Y, New app.

We’ve had a lot of NEW lately. New fitness equipment. New Ninja training course. New website. New and expanded program offerings… There is no doubt we’re off to a great start for the New Year.

And we’re not stopping there. We’re committed to doing whatever it takes to provide the best possible experience for our members. To help us do that, we’re adding to the list with a brand-new mobile app.

The new Keene Family YMCA mobile app is going to elevate your experience, making it easier than ever to stay up-to-date with everything that’s happening at the Y. You’ll quickly be able to access facility hours, schedule updates, coming events, and more. The new app also makes it easier for you to discover and register for programs, reserve a spot in your favorite group exercise class, or find your new passion.

All your Y. All in one place.

The new mobile app, powered by Familyworks, is designed to give you access to everything the Y offers, all in one easy-to-use application.

Y members can use the app to manage their profile, reserve a spot in a group exercise or open class, and access the Y’s extensive library of virtual fitness classes. Everyone, including non-members, can use the app to register for programs, learn about events and happenings at the Y, and stay updated about schedule changes and closures.

The new Keene Family YMCA mobile app will ensure that your experience with us is the best it can be.

Upgrade your Y experience.

Change is never easy, but in this case, we assure you it will be worth it. To help make the transition from our current app (MotionVibe) to the new app as smooth as possible, we’ve put together an instruction manual. This manual provides detailed instructions for downloading, customizing, and using your new Y app. If after reviewing the manual you still have questions, our Member Services team will be happy to help.

Timing is everything.

The new app is available now and most of the functionality is already there. You can already view schedules, register for programs, and explore the rich content within the app.

Functions not yet available include group exercise and space reservations, and access to our virtual fitness library. These will come later this month when we officially make the transition from MotionVibe to the new Keene Family YMCA app, powered by Familyworks.

On February 19th, the current app will no longer be active. By this date, you must have installed the new app to access features like group exercise and space reservations.

For our active members, we highly recommend downloading the new app as soon as possible, so you have plenty of time to get to know the new app before we officially make the transition.

Not an active member? If you visit the Y, participate in Y programs, or attend Y events, then you should download the app too! Through your non-member account, you’ll have the same access to our content, program registration portal, and information that our members enjoy.
