Make time for the arts this summer at the Y!
Open to members and guests, the Summer Arts Series at the Keene Family YMCA includes a variety of creative arts workshops for budding artists and makers of all ages and abilities. Classes will run for six weeks from July 10-August 17. Each week will feature a new project, and all materials will be provided.
Here’s what we have in store!
Let’s Get Messy!
THURSDAYS AT 10AM
This is a true hands-on sensory experience for kids ages 2-5. Let’s face it-kids love getting messy! And the best part? We’ll take care of the mess. Parent participation is required in this class.

Mad Science
THURSDAYS AT 11AM
Weekly STEM activities for kids ages 3-11. With the help of your instructor (a bonafide rocket scientist!) participants will conduct a variety of experiments. Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Crafting is better with friends. Open to anyone age 10 and older, this class will feature a different project each week.

Members can register for each class through the Y app. Not yet a member? You can still register by visiting the Welcome Center or calling 603.352.6002. Drop-in fees will be collected when you arrive for class.
