Fitness, Climbing, and Specialty Programs
PLEASE NOTE: SEVERAL PROGRAMS, INCLUDING JUDO, FENCING, AND MARTIAL ARTS ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED DUE TO COVID-19. THEY WILL BE BROUGHT BACK WHEN THE YMCA FEELS IT IS SAFE TO DO SO.
The Keene Family YMCA is committed to providing Healthy Living programs for all of our community. Living healthy is about spirit, mind, and body at every age and stage. We strive to meet every participant where they are in their wellness journey. Our ultimate goal is to set our members on a path to a fit and healthy lifestyle. Our philosophy for Healthy Living programs is that there is something for everyone, regardless of age, skill level, gender, or interest. We offer a wide variety of programs – from judo to weight loss boot camp to fencing. And of course we wouldn’t be a Y without basketball.
Reservations are no longer required to use the basketball court! Members are welcome to use the courts freely, except for times when the space will be used for group exercise classes or closed for cleaning.
RACQUETBALL: Courts Are Open For Play!
All members must reserve their court time through MotionVibe. Players are encouraged to bring their own equipment. All borrowed equipment should be wiped down prior to and after use. When coming in to play, please do not loiter in the court or common areas. Be respectful of your time slot.
Modes of Play
- Single Player: Limit 2 reservations per slot/court
- Double Player: Limit 4 reservations per slot/court
- Single/Family Unit: Limit 1 reservation per slot/court
CLIMBING WALL: Now Open!
We offer rock climbing on our indoor 30 foot rock wall. Kids as young as 6 can start as a Gecko and work their way up — literally!
The climbing wall is currently open for Open Climb by reservation only. Please contact Senior Program Director, Kelly Fleuette, at email@example.com, or give us a call at 603.352.6002 to reserve your time.

You’ve probably heard of, or even played, the table-top game. Now imagine that YOU are the player the arena. Anchored to your line, you can only move laterally and face one direction. Each player takes their position, and the ball is dropped… then the action begins! It’s an action-packed game full of laughter and thrills.
Our Human Foosball course is set up at the back of our parking lot, and is free for members to use at will. The rules can be found here, or you can review them at the court where they’re posted as well.
If you’re looking for a fun team-building or family game to play, then you’ve got to give this a try! Stop by our welcome center to borrow one of our soccer balls, or bring you own. You’re sure to have a great time.
CURRENTLY NOT OFFERED — We offer a Special Needs gymnastics class one day per week, offering a much needed physical outlet for those in our community with moderate developmental and intellectual challenges.
