National Day Of Racial Healing

The Keene Family YMCA hosted a YouTube watch party of the National Day of Racial Healing livestream on Tuesday, January 18th at 3pm. This event is was presented by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation as part of their Truth, Racial, Healing & Transformation efforts.

Founded in 2017, the National Day of Racial Healing is observed annually the Tuesday after Martin Luther King Jr. Day. It is a time to contemplate our shared values and create a blueprint together for #HowWeHeal from the effects of Racism. It is an opportunity to come together to inspire us to take collective action for a more equitable world.

Thanks to all who joined us for this inspirational event!

For those who were unable to join, we hope you’ll take some time to watch the recording. It is well worth it! You will find it on the W.K. Kellogg YouTube channel here.
