FREE ADMISSION EVERY SATURDAY IN OCTOBER

The Keene Family YMCA is opening its doors to the community this month, inviting anyone who would like to use the facility, participate in a group exercise class, or do some climbing on the 30′ indoor rock wall to give it a try for free every Saturday in October.

Members of the community are welcome to come in any Saturday in October to work out in the expansive fitness center, walk or run on the 1/12 mile indoor track, or just play some hoops in the gym which will be open for anyone to use after 10:30am each Saturday. If you pre-register for a time slot, you can even play some racquetball in one of the two courts on site.

Each Saturday will feature a variety of activities for visitors to enjoy. When you arrive, check-in at the Welcome Center, and you’ll have free access to the entire facility.

Pre-registration is required to participate in Group Exercise Classes and Racquetball. Space for some classes is limited so visitors are encouraged to call 603.352.6002 to register, or to complete the contact form below at least 24-hours prior to visiting. Our Welcome Center staff will confirm with you if there is space in the class.

Saturday Activity Schedule

The following activities are available for visitors to enjoy every Saturday in October.

OPEN CLIMB – 10am – Noon
Climb the rock wall with certified belay staff

LAP SWIMMING – 6am – 1:15pm & 3:30 – 5:45pm
Swim a few laps in our 25 yard lap pool 

OPEN SWIM – 4pm – 5pm
Bring the family along for some quality time in the pool

BASKETBALL
The gymnasium will be open and available for use anytime after 10:30am. 

GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

Pound – 8am – 8:45am
A calorie-torching full-body cardio jam session! This workout offers a heart-pounding mix of cardio, Pilates, plyometrics, isometric poses and strength movements to the beat of the music.

Boot Camp – 9am – 10am
A total body cardio and strength workout which includes intervals and circuit training. This is a fast-paced, energetic class that can be modified for all fitness levels.

Zumba – 9am – 10am
Come join us as we dance, shake and sweat our way to health with Latin-inspired rhythms. 

MMA Training – 9:15am – 10:15am
Open to all abilities, this class will teach you basic self-defense and martial arts techniques as you flow through an amazing workout.
