This class runs the first Sunday of every month – mark your calendars!
The class is broken down into two parts.
During the first half of class, the instructor will be teaching you how to adjust your bike to fit you. They will also review good form and body/hand position.
The second half of class will consist of a 20-minute ride and end with a good stretch.
