Barre 360
A low impact, high intensity strength workout that improves muscle tone, posture, flexibility and confidence. We blend ballet, Pilates, functional strength, and balance-focused movements to challenge your entire body. We incorporate props such as light weights, resistance bands, and a chair as our “barre” (mostly standing, but sometimes getting down on our mats). These exercises can be modified to match your unique skill and strength levels. No previous dance experience required.
