Aqua Cycle

Get into the Liquid Gym* and enjoy our water-based group exercise classes including:

  • Aqua Cycle – a full-body workout on the cycle underwater
  • Aqua Board – a unique class where you’ll work on strength and flow
  • Aqua Combat – a cardio-kickboxing class in the pool using resistance gloves

Aqua Cycle is an underwater spin class, offering a challenging low-impact cardio workout. In addition to strengthening your cardiovascular endurance, this class will help you build lower body and core strength. Aqua shoes are recommended.
