This class combines ballet-inspired movements, resistance training and upbeat music to create a unique take on a traditional Barre class. We’ll focus on low-impact, high intensity movements to strengthen our entire bodies using bodyweight, resistance bands and dumbbells, using a chair for our “barre.”
