Ben Jackson: Wrestler, Athlete, Inspiration

Benjamin Cummings-Jackson was diagnosed with spastic cerebral palsy as a child. Despite his diagnosis, Ben has become a formidable athlete, personal trainer and motivational speaker.

A former wrestler at Pocono Mountain West High School in Pennsylvania, Ben was the face of Gatorade’s iconic #WinFromWithin campaign in 2014. He is a firm believer that from adversity one gains strength, and that every challenge is an opportunity to showcase resilience.

Ben brings his winning spirit to the Y

We are excited to announce that we have engaged Ben for an upcoming event at the Y. Join us and hear his story – an inspirational tale of perseverance and triumph over adversity that will leave you feeling motivated to overcome your own challenges, whatever they may be.
