Mental wellness is an essential part of overall health. It shapes how we think, feel, connect with others, and navigate life’s challenges. That’s why we’re proud to invite our community to the fourth annual Mental Health Resource Fair, presented by the Monadnock Youth Coaltion, City of Keene Youth Services, and the Keene Family YMCA. This welcoming event is designed to inspire connection, encourage self-care, and provide access to valuable local resources.
Join us at the Y on Saturday, May 2, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM for a morning dedicated to mental wellness, mindfulness, and community support.
