Advocacy Training

Want to make change in New Hampshire, but unsure where to start?

On July 9th, the Keene Family YMCA and New Futures will co-host a training on advocacy.

This event is free and open to the public.

This is an interactive training where participants will learn:

  • how to effectively advocate for issues in the New Hampshire
  • about the unique nature of the New Hampshire legislature
  • how a bill becomes a law
  • best practices for engaging with legislators
  • practical advocacy skills

The objective is to understand the opportunities to influence the future of the state and to feel empowered and confident in your ability to take action on issues.
