No parents allowed! KNO is a special night at the Y just for kids. Offered every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month October through mid-May (with some exclusions), KNO offers swimming and gym games or special themed activity nights under the supervision of YMCA staff. Parents do not have to be in the building and non-members are welcome. Bring your friends and show them how fun it is to be a member of the Y. Some KNO evenings are designated for special events so check the schedule.

Please make sure your child has had dinner prior to attending the event. Light snacks will be offered.
