Development and Community Impact Director
Keene Family YMCA is seeking a passionate philanthropic candidate to serve as full-time, exempt member of the YMCA’s management team as Development and Community Impact Director.
Responsibilities include; establishing and implementing the infrastructure needed to grow a $3.9M budget through solicitation of annual, major gifts, capital, grants, special events, corporate and foundation support, and community impact initiatives. Responsible for prospect research, assistance with cultivation, implementation, securing gifts and thank you plans for annual and capital campaigns, and all events associated with the campaigns and community impact initiatives.
Qualifications; Bachelor’s degree in business administration, financial development, communications, public relations, human services, or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in financial development and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in successfully leading and managing a team. Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
Compensation; salary based on experience and qualifications, 3% Retirement Fund contribution upon eligibility, 403(b) plan, health, dental, disability, life insurance, professional development opportunities and complimentary use of YMCA facilities and most programs for candidate and family.

The Keene Family YMCA is seeking an energetic, outgoing and passionate individual to join our Gymnastics program.
Gymnastics Team Head Coach –Full or Part time
This individual will provide leadership as the Head Gymnastics Team Coach. Knowledge of competitive gymnastics in all 4 gymnastics events (floor, bars, vault, and beam) with at least 3 years of experience with competitive gymnastics including scheduling, lessons, training, spotting, proper techniques, and competition. USAG membership required. Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, the ability to teach a variety of learners using appropriate instructional styles. Strong growth opportunities into full-time and/or director-level position.
