Child Care: Full-time and part-time positions

Child Care Site Director: Full-time position

Responsible for supervision and safety of staff and children, develop curriculum, adhere to State of NH licensing requirements, follow all YMCA policies and procedures. Must have at least 2 years of experience in supervision, Associate’s Degree in ECE, and meets the NH Child Care Licensing regulations as a site director. 

Associate Teacher: Full-time position

One year of experience teaching preschool- and toddler-aged children and a minimum of 9 ECE credits required. 9:00 am-5:30 pm. 

Child Care Teacher’s Assistant and Subs: Full- and part-time positions

Must have prior experience working with children from infant to preschool ages. 

Do you have a specific Group Exercise Certification? Would you like to get more involved with the Y? We would love to talk with you. We are looking to expand our group exercise offerings in the evenings 6pm or later M-F. Must have current Group Exercise Certifications and CPR.

The Keene Family YMCA is seeking an energetic, outgoing and passionate individual to join our Gymnastics program.

Part time positions: Instructors, Team Coaches, Weekend Staff

Share your knowledge and passion of gymnastics with children ages 1½ to 18 years.

Instructors with general knowledge of gymnastics skills/spotting techniques.

Team Coaches with knowledge of all 4 gymnastics events (floor, bars, vault & beam) experience with competitive gymnastics a plus. Weekend staff to lead open gymnastics/birthday parties.

Lifeguards – Part time positions

Responsible for ensuring the safety of all participants in our Aquatics Center, upholding the Y and state of NH regulations and guidelines. Flexible hours, current American Red Cross or YMCA Lifeguard certifications along with First Aid, CPR and AED certifications required. 

Housekeeping
Responsibilities include maintaining a clean facility. Applicants should be detail-oriented, hardworking, and dependable. 

Full Time position – Hours are Tues-Fri, 12:30pm–9pm, and Sat, 10am-6:30pm. Includes a full benefits package (health, dental & life ins., retirement)

Part Time position – Hours are Mon-Fri, 6am-9am.

Marketing Director
Salary $43,000-$53,000

We are seeking a passionate and motivated leader to join our management team. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and communication strategies for the YMCA with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

This Ideal candidate will develop and implement annual operating goals, objectives and a formal, written Annual Marketing Plan for the marketing and communications of the Keene Family YMCA that is inclusive of all programs, departments, Development and Community Impact campaigns, Annual Campaign and general communication needs and includes a DEI lens. Monitors the achievement of this plan, taking appropriate action to ensure that the goals and objectives are met.

The position is for a self-directed, innovative, and creative person. The ideal candidate must have a demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality marketing and communications, for all media types. Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary.

Membership Director
Salary $40,000-$50,000

We are seeking a passionate and motivated leader to join our management team. The Membership Director will be responsible for leading the member services efforts for the YMCA with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring, training and supervising staff and will take responsibility to initiate and builds members’ and the community’s understanding of the YMCA’s cause and impact. Develops, organizes, and implements high quality membership recruitment and membership retention strategies & programs with a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) lens.

The position is for a self-directed, innovative, and creative person. The ideal candidate must have a demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality programs, combine with the ability to manage the administrative components of the job. Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to ensure that members have a high-quality experience at the Y.
