Girls Sports Camp at the Y

I visited with the Girls sports camp this week, Wow what a impressive group of girls. Each and every one of them had their own strengths in many different areas. We had Dancers, sprinters, tumblers, and crawlers. You name it- they could do it! When I met with them I put them through a 7 station obstacle course that included stepping over hurdles, moving laterally on the a agility ladder, moving low & under stanchions, alternating front and back crawls, jumping, running, and tumbling. Each time they went through it they got faster and faster! It was great to see them having so much fun as they were getting stronger and faster. You go girls!!!!!
